Check this badboy out!

So I was watching the Everyday Italian on the Food Network and saw this recipe and had to make it. Oh so yummy! I am so proud of myself. I am getting out of the "Hamburger Helper Box". Trying to mix it up a bit. Josh was totally impressed and it actually tasted fantastic! Yeah, so proud of me! Oh, its called Pork with Sweet Onion Marmellata. Mmm mmm good!
